Guest Ratings & Reviews
Upon arrival after a 4-hour drive, the hotel exceeded my expectations with a large, exceptionally clean room that offered a beautiful breeze and a great view of the sunset over the MCG. However, it may not be ideal for longer stays requiring extensive time spent in the room due to maintenance issues like cupboard and drawer doors coming off, a constantly clicking bathroom exhaust fan, and barely functional A/C.
The hotel is in a fantastic location on Garden Street, with extremely quiet rooms and a small balcony offering a lovely view. The rooms were comfortable and well-suited for our group, though some found the couch to be a bit stuffy. The friendly and attentive service made our stay enjoyable, with a special shoutout to the amazing weekend manager. The proximity to the MCG and other attractions makes the location excellent, especially for sports events and public transport access. The dining options were satisfactory but lacked flexibility in ordering times. Overall, a great value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were extremely quiet and in a fantastic location, spacious, and had everything we could have wanted. What a treat to get an upgrade to a room that usually costs $500 per night. The service was top-notch, very friendly, and helpful. The location couldn't have been better for our plans, close to sports venues, shopping streets, and public transport. Dining options were excellent with great cafes around. The hotel facilities were perfect for our needs.
